1. The Service
Mystical Messages delivers SMS messages from fictional characters to phone numbers you provide. All messages are sent to parents or guardians — never directly to minors. You are responsible for ensuring the phone number you register is your own.
2. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Mystical Texts LLC reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. SMS Messaging & Consent
By subscribing, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Mystical Texts LLC via our platform at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or canceling your account. Reply HELP for help.
4. Payments & Refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly or as stated at checkout. Mystical Texts LLC does not offer refunds for partial billing periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time and retain access through the end of your paid period.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use Mystical Messages to send messages to phone numbers you do not own or have permission to message. You may not use the service for commercial solicitation, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mystical Texts LLC is not liable for message delivery failures caused by carrier filtering, network issues, or factors outside our control. The service is provided as-is.
